The best cycling season in Cape Town is October through April, with warm, dry weather and minimal rainfall. December through February is peak summer with the warmest temperatures.
You can bring your own bike or rent a high-end road bike from us for $200. All rental bikes are professionally maintained and include pedals and basic accessories.
Riders should be comfortable with 80-120km daily rides and moderate climbing. Prior endurance cycling experience is recommended. If you regularly ride 60km+ and are in good cardiovascular shape, you'll be fine.
Yes, with proper precautions. We only use well-maintained roads with good cycling infrastructure. Our support vehicle follows the group, and our guides know the routes intimately. We have comprehensive safety protocols in place.
Cancellations more than 60 days before tour start receive a full refund minus 10% admin fee. 30-60 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund unless we can fill your spot. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
